Our "aging in place" services have three levels of deliverable products:
- Report of "aging in place" recommendations. The deliverable at this level of service is a customized, comprehensive report delineating the home remodeling features necessary to support the client's particular "aging in place" requirements.
This report is based on (1) a survey of the client's medical status: what medical issues does she now have and what issues need to be anticipated based on her gene pool's history and experience. This survey will produce a set of recommendations for home modifications for home modifications tha enable the client's "aging in place" objectives, and (2) a comprehensive of the client's home to determine which of the above recommendations are physically and economically practical to install in the existing space.
The client can then review this report with her architect or general contractor to develop a set of "contractor-ready" plans and specifications for installing all requisite "aging in place" features. This agency is not directly involved in preparing this phase of the "aging in place" planning process.
- Contractor-ready plans and specifications. The deliverable at this level of service is a complete set of blueprints, plans and specifications that contractors can follow to install the "aging in place" modifications. Please note that this agency is not directly involved in this phase of the "aging in place" installation process.
- Installation of all "aging in place" features and modifications. The deliverable at this level of service is complete installation of all features prescribed in the above set of "aging in place" blueprints, plans and specifications. It includes the procurement of all units, appliances, cabinets and accessories as well as their installation. It includes modifying the residence's physical structure according to plan. This agency serves as the general contractor and assumes complete responsibility for the successful execution of the entire project..
